Personal Data Privacy Policy

Yuko distinguishes between two types of visitors: unique visitors and active visitors who fill in forms.

For unique visitors: no personal data is collected. The only data collected is anonymised data that is used for the proper operation of the site and for analysis of internet traffic (see points relating to cookies and access to data).

Concerning active visitors: it is understood that the personal data collected is for the sole purpose of preparing the setting up of the contact service. The latter is not automated at this stage, since the agreement of the parties (client company and consultant) is required to initiate the contact.

There are three types of personal data of active visitors: data relating to contact details (surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail address), data relating to the skills of the freelance sales representatives (link to the linkedin profile, type of assignment sought).

Storage purpose

Contact information (email, phone, etc.) is kept in order to maintain the possibility of interaction without active visitors having to return to the site.

Data relating to the skills of the freelance consultants has a rapid obsolescence time by nature and requires regular updating by Yuko.

The client company search data is by nature limited in the time frame in which the search is to be conducted, since it is a one-time, geographically localized search.

The skills and specific search data is used by Yuko to operate its matchmaking service. It is not communicated to third parties.

The data collected by form or contact mail is used only for administrative, messaging, and accounting purposes.

The storage period of the said data is 3 years maximum from the moment they are collected.

The collection, the purpose of data processing, as well as the duration of storage are in accordance with the laws CNIL 1978, LIL 2004 and RGPD 2016.

Les données renseignées par l’utilisateur consultant ou l’entreprise cliente dans les formulaires (telles que ses coordonnées mail, téléphoniques, son cv ou un lien vers son profil linkedin, la nature de sa recherche, etc…) sont sa propriété, il est seul responsable de leur exactitude.

The data provided by the user consultant or the client company in the forms (such as his email address, phone number, resume or a link to his linkedin profile, the nature of his research, etc. ...) are his property, he is solely responsible for their accuracy.

Purpose of data processing

The data collected on the platform is intended to be used exclusively for the use of the service offered on the platform.

Procedure to modify or delete data

Users may send a request to exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation and portability to the Data Protection Officer by e-mail to: DPO@commiit.com, specifying the data to be modified or deleted.

Privacy (cookies)

For the proper functioning of the Commiit Site, cookies are implanted in the visitor's computer when visiting the Site. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the browser or device by websites, applications, online media and advertisements.

The Commiit website uses google analytics cookies for the purpose of collecting information about web traffic. This data is stored in a database via the Google Analytics tool. They do not allow to formally identify an Internet user. Google Analytics collects proprietary cookies as well as data relating to the IP address, the device or browser, and the activities carried out on the site or in the application, in order to measure user interactions on the websites and/or applications that use Google Analytics, and to generate reports on these statistics.

The retention period of cookies implemented by Commiit is 13 months.

The personal data collected by Commiit.com are not communicated to third parties, not related to the service offered by Commiit.

Persons duly authorized to receive the data:

The Commiit sales representative in charge of processing the request for contact.

The members of the expert support team when the service is activated by the corporate client.

The corporate client to prepare the file and to contact the consultant.

Duration of storage of personal data collected by Commiit:

Limited to the time necessary for the proper performance of the service or 3 years maximum.
